dgshibiki:

Watched the Ao no Exorcist movie in Ikebukuro this morning. The showing included a butai aisatsu (stage greeting) with Kamiya and the director at the end. My seats were technically second row near the center, but there was no one sitting in the first row so my seats ended up being first row. =D I was literally about 3 meters away from Kamiya the entire time.
The movie was actually very good. The animation was amazing and the story was quite enjoyable, though predictable. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the coloring of their noses. Yeah, the story is supposed to take place in the wintertime when it’s cold, but it looked like all the character had a cold. ^^;
The movie doesn’t take place after the TV series and is a standalone work. Usamaro is really cute sometimes and there were some pretty funny scenes, especially with the Kyoto group.
During the butai aisatsu, Kamiya revealed that he voiced the female exorcist in the one scene where the toy-like demon appears and pretty much bats the exorcist out of the way. XD Kamiya recorded his lines separately from the rest of the cast (Mephisto didn’t show up much) and apparently the staff realized they forgot to record lines for the female exorcist so they went up to Kamiya and asked him if he could do it. XD If anyone goes to watch the movie, take note of that scene! I know I’ll be paying attention to it next time I watch it. (Still have 2 advanced tickets that I need to use…)

EDIT: Gosh, I noticed the poster next to the AoEx one was for the Hobbit and the gollum totally freaked me out so I had to blur it. ^^;;

Kamiya Hiroshi 20th Anniversary Project

dgshibiki:

2014 will be Kamiya’s 20th year as a seiyuu so let’s celebrate it with a bang! The project is being organized very early because it will require a lot of time to finish.

The premise
Send Kamiya a yosegaki sign board (shikishi) with messages from fans all…
